ECSS - Eesha Consultancy Services & Solutions is a consultancy founded by Mr. Barre Sandeep Kumar, a seasoned professional in the social development sector. Headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, ECSS emerged as a refined version of its earlier identity, Isha Consultancy Services, with a broader vision and deeper commitment to empowering social change. With a strong foundation in grassroots-level interventions and policy-level expertise, ECSS specializes in offering end-to-end documentation and funding consultancy services for NGOs, Trusts, Section-8 Companies, and Private Limited Companies across India. 

ECSS offers cutting-edge website development services to clients around the globe, strengthening their digital presence and organizational credibility.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar, the driving force behind ECSS, brings with him over 9 years of impactful experience working with international organizations like UNICEF and reputed organizations like Jagruthi. His efforts in the field of child welfare and social justice, particularly in child labour rehabilitation, stand as a testament to his dedication and visionary leadership. During his tenure, he worked extensively with District Project Societies under the NCLP (National Child Labour Project) scheme, in collaboration with the District Magistrates of Ranga Reddy, Vikarabad, and Mahabubnagar districts of Telangana. Under his guidance, hundreds of children aged between 9 to 14 were rescued from exploitative labour conditions, provided bridge education, vocational training, health care, and eventually mainstreamed into formal education systems. This legacy continues today as the NCLP has been integrated into the broader Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.

Recognizing his achievements at a young age, Mr. Sandeep’s journey serves as an inspiring example of how passion combined with professionalism can bring meaningful change. His contribution to the rehabilitation of child labourers not only uplifted hundreds of lives but also showcased the impact that committed young individuals can have on systemic transformation.

Today, ECSS proudly operates with two subsidiary ventures: NGO Darpan Consultancy and Recitals Media, along with a dedicated charitable arm, Second Life Trust. With a growing network of clients and partners, ECSS has successfully served 155 NGOs, Trusts & Companies during the last FY 2024–25, building a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and excellence in the consultancy space.
